For Comprehensive Memberships, you can choose one visit of ANY type - whether in the clinic, at home, telehealth, a coaching session, group appointment - whatever you need!
For Virtual Memberships, one telehealth appointment per month is included, with fast service when you need it!

In-Person Clinic Visits

Time-Based Pricing:
Non-member visits are billed in 15-minute increments so you can choose the amount of time you’d like—up to 2 hours. The rate is $390/hour ($97.50 per 15 minutes). We’ll help you select the right visit length and you’ll know the price before we get started.
Outside regular hours: $440/hour
Weekends and holidays: $440/hour
MEMBERS
M-F – 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM: $100/hour each additional visit ($25 per 15 minutes)
Outside regular hours: $125/hour

Home Visits

Home visits are not available to non-members.

You can opt for a home visit as your one-included visit per month.
M-F – 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM: $100/each additional visit (flat fee)
Outside regular hours: $150 (flat fee)
Weekends and holidays: $150 (flat fee)
*To keep home visits sustainable, we include a travel fee based on mileage. You’ll always know the cost up front.

No, we are out-of-network with insurance providers. Membership ≠ Insurance. We can submit a superbill, but there is no guarantee of reimbursement since we are out-of-network. We do accept HSA/FSA.
Yes, I can treat multiple family members in a home visit. They are scheduled and billed as separate appointments.
Yes - this is a great way to avoid urgent care visits. If you choose a home visit, I can often diagnose and provide treatment on-site. I stock a wide range of medications for acute illnesses.
Yes, there is a 10% discount on additional Memberships for spouses and family members living in the same residence.
I currently practice in Missouri only. You must be physically located in Missouri at the time of care.
You may terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice (email or letter) to the Practice on or before the last day of the month.
If you do not show for a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a no-show/late cancellation fee of $50 may be charged to your account.
To maintain my peak performance, I pause direct phone and messaging responses overnight until the next morning. In an emergency, dial 911.
