For Comprehensive Memberships, you can choose one visit of ANY type - whether in the clinic, at home, or telehealth - whatever type you need.
For Virtual Memberships, one telehealth appointment is included per month.

No, we are out-of-network with insurance providers. Membership ≠ Insurance. We can submit a superbill, but there is no guarantee of reimbursement since we are out-of-network. We do accept HSA/FSA.
Yes, I can treat multiple family members in a home visit. They are scheduled and billed as separate appointments.
Yes - this is a great way to avoid urgent care visits. I can often diagnose and dispense medication on-site, thereby avoiding a trip to the pharmacy. I stock a wide range of medications for acute illnesses.
I practice in Missouri only. You must be physically located in Missouri at the time of care.
If you do not show for a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a no-show/late cancellation fee of $50 may be charged to your account.
To maintain my peak performance, I pause direct phone and messaging responses overnight until the next morning. In an emergency, dial 911.
Please notify the practice 30 days before your termination date.
