Your membership includes one visit per month.
For Comprehensive Memberships, you can choose one visit of ANY type - whether in the clinic, at home, or telehealth - whatever type you need.
For Virtual Memberships, one telehealth appointment is included per month.
Additional services will incur a charge. See below.

NON-MEMBERS
M-F – 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM:
New patient appt: $405 (60 minutes)
Brief Visit: $185 (20-30 minutes)
Extended Visit: $259 (30-60 minutes)
Outside regular hours: $445
Weekends and holidays: $445
MEMBERS

Home Visits

Home visits are not available to non-members.

*To keep home visits sustainable, we include a travel fee based on mileage. You’ll always know the cost up front.
